1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BizRocket (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our HVAC field service management software, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activity that occurs under your account

Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

BizRocket is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Use of the Service

The Service is intended to help HVAC businesses manage jobs, technicians, customers, equipment, scheduling, invoicing, and related operations.

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities

Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Attempt to access systems or data not authorized to you

Upload malicious code or misuse customer data

BizRocket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Customer & Job Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including customer information, job details, equipment records, and technician notes.

By using the Service, you grant BizRocket a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law

Pricing and features may change with reasonable notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

7. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, and content provided by BizRocket remain our exclusive property.
You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” BizRocket does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business results. BizRocket is not responsible for missed appointments, billing errors, or business losses resulting from reliance on the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizRocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time.
BizRocket may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

BizRocket may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BizRocket operates.
