How to delete your account

In the BizRocket app (recommended):

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm when prompted. This permanently deletes your BizRocket account and associated personal data.

Or by email:

1. Email support@bizrocketapp.com from the email address on your BizRocket account.
2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
3. Include your full name, company name (if any), and the email used to sign in.

What we delete

When we process a verified account deletion request, we:

• Disable your login permanently
• Delete or anonymize your profile personal data (name, email, phone, address, avatar, push token, live location coordinates and sharing preference)
• Delete your BizRocket AI chat history for that account
• Clear authentication sessions and related personal identifiers tied to that login

Company business records (such as jobs, estimates, invoices, and customer data belonging to your employer) may be retained for the organization that owns them. Those records are not your personal consumer account; ask your company admin if you need business data removed from their BizRocket workspace.

What may be kept

• Company business records: Job, customer, invoice, and similar company data are controlled by your employer / company administrator. Deleting one employee account does not automatically erase the company’s operational records.
• Legal / security retention: We may retain limited information when required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or for encrypted backups for up to 90 days before overwrite (see our Privacy Policy).

If you are a company administrator and need the entire company account closed and company data removed, say so clearly in your email. Company admins may also request a data export within 30 days of closure.

Timeline

After we verify your identity, we will complete account deletion or anonymization within 30 days (or sooner when required by applicable law). Residual copies in encrypted backups may remain for up to 90 days before overwrite, except where retention is legally required.

Employees / technicians

If your employer created your BizRocket login, you can still request deletion of your personal account from us. You may also ask your company administrator to deactivate your access. Company-owned customer and job data remains under your company’s control.
