How to request data deletion

1. Email support@bizrocketapp.com from the email on your BizRocket account.
2. Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
3. Include your full name, company name (if any), sign-in email, and which data you want deleted (examples: profile photo, home address on your profile, live-location history for your user, AI chat history for your user, or “all personal data that is not required to keep my account open”).

What we delete

Depending on your request, we delete or anonymize personal data such as:

• Specific personal fields or history you identify (for example profile photo, personal address, or user-level location / chat history), when those can be removed while keeping your account usable
• Optional personal preferences such as live location sharing settings for that user, when requested

What may be kept

• Data needed to keep your account open: We may retain the minimum account identifiers required to authenticate you and provide the Service (for example your email login), unless you also request full account deletion.
• Company business records: Job, customer, invoice, and similar company data are controlled by your employer / company administrator and are not erased by a personal data-only request.
• Legal / security retention: We may retain limited information when required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or for encrypted backups for up to 90 days before overwrite (see our Privacy Policy).

Timeline

After we verify your identity, we will complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days (or sooner when required by applicable law). Residual copies in encrypted backups may remain for up to 90 days before overwrite, except where retention is legally required.
